Refund and Exchange
Introduction
At Bluebear, we strive to offer quality products and impeccable customer service. We understand that there may be occasions where our customers might want to return or exchange products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at work@bluebear-lifestyle.com so we can verify and process the return or exchange.
- Verification: Once we receive your request, we will verify the condition of the product. The product should be in intact condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Pick-up & Refund/Exchange: After verification, we will pick up the order from your place. In case of an exchange, we will ship the new product to you, or in case of a return, we will process the refund after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are only allowed in case of wrong or damaged products delivered.
- All requests for return or exchange should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product should not be used and the protective film should not be removed.
- COD charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment used during the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for the preferred mode of payment to process the refund. Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
Non-Qualifying Returns
- Products sold on Sale or under any Offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any self-placed wrong orders, like ordering the wrong model or product.
- Products purchased from local stores or other websites.
